Really great and authentic food! Atmosphere is welcoming and staff is polite. My wife and I both agree this is the best Mexican food around

Born and raised in Mexico and appreciate a good taco. This place is fantastic. They're following CDC guidelines and seating outside. Home made tortilla chips and delicious salsa. Everything is fresh and made when your order. Their carnitas are deicious. It's a 30 min drive from home I am more than willing to do to eat there as often as I can. Great service, prices, atmosphere and staff.

Stopped in not sure what to expect on the way home from Savannah. Wow, some of the best Mexican I have ever tried! AUTHENTIC and FRESH. 😊 try the enchiladas!

Planned a trip and this exit 21 off I-95 was a good stopping point. The picture of the place on the internet looked good. Truly was a great stop. The food was great, service was friendly and the place had a cozy and fun vibe. A hidden gem. Will stop there again.

Traveling south off of I-95 my family and I found this place on Google because of the rave reviews. And now we are stuffed with delicious food. EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!

I was impressed by the food both times I visited here.... EXCELLENT food and environment, family friendly, I don't think they serve alcohol, but honestly, the food and interior makes up for that. Family pictures adorn this place along with many decor touches that remind you that you are in an authentic, family owned Mexican restaurant. I will continue to visit when I'm in Ridgeland.

Food was good except that everything had to much lemon in it. My chilaquiles were way to lemony to fully enjoy but the service was good, and the ladies were friendly.

Been eating here 2 or 3 nights a week for a month everything has been exceptional

Prices were great and it was large portion sizes! Great little whole in the wall authentic Mexican restaurant.... Only down side was they didn't have fountain drinks so you paid per a bottle of soda. Would highly recommend though!

Best place for family style food in Ridgeland

My family and I are traveling through from FL heading home to OH and Google searched area restaurants as we are currently visiting the Hilton Head area. We found this place and the food was amazing! Portions were plentiful and prices are reasonable. Authentic Mexican food is what you are after this is a MUST! I wish we lived closer. I had the supreme fajitas and it was full of steak, shrimp and chicken. The flour shells were amazing. Friendly staff also!

I was willing to pay extra to add a new item in the menu but was rejected by the cook so now I am going to add another item next time I go lol

Found this place in the middle of nowhere SC and it's the best Mexican I've had. Carnitas were delicious, fried just right. Chips were freshly home made and the guacamole was excellent. Chorizo tacos tested great too. The staff was very friendly. This place will be a stop in our next road trip

Good food and fresh food every single day

This place was amazing. We took a chance on our way home from Florida and loved everything we ate. Which was a lot. They folks were very nice as well. If we're ever this way again, we'll return!

The torta is amazing. Avoid the ground beef.

It like going to a different country once u enter. But i loved that.. The food really freshly cooked and hot. The waiter was very patient and friendly. The steak quesidilla is fantastic way better than taco bell version. I highly recommend this place a try..

Some of the best Mexican food we've had. Our 5 year old grandson recommended this taqueria and you know children have discerning taste.

We were looking for a quick, cheap and easy place to grab dinner as we were travelling through. It was a very short detour off 95, and so worth it. My 12 year old declared it to be the best Mexican food he's had, and I have to say, it is definitely up there. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend!

Great authinic Mexico food. Very nice people. Been going to the place since the 60's when it was a hamburger joint and all kids hung out after school.

Best, most authentic mexican food I've found in this area. Nice staff. Small menu, good options but not over run with choices. No appetizers. No fountain soft drinks, but they do offer bottled ones. Our waitress was not very good, but we would still come back again.

Been wanting to eat here for some time... Got my chance! I was glad I did.. Food was absolutely delicious! I'll be back soon...

Going back home to Jersey, luckily ran into traffic and this was only 5 minutes off 95 north - great authentic Mexican food, hit the spot - now I need a rest stop lol very good

This place is great. Everything from the chips and salsa to the entrees are fantastic. Big portions and the food all tastes wonderful.Our party had a shredded beef chimichanga, a shredded chicken chimichanga and a beef burrito. They all tasted great and none of us were able to finish the food.The staff there are very nice and attentive!If you like spice, ask for the spicy salsa. It’s some of the best I’ve had.

This place sells the best Tacos off the grill ..I kid you not I feel like I’m back home..Wonderful and loving staff everyone is Welcome you won’t regret it you add your own spice sauce. I think only Fri- Sun though...
